Bought my dodge journey a few months ago. Long story short. My starter and things went in it. But Doug and company especially lance held to their word even though I had no warranty. And they fixed the problem. Been running like a top notch since Thank you guys so much!!!
So I bought a 2008 Tahoe, super clean and they where very nice. They let me look over the whole truck for as long as I want. I bought it and a month later the trans line popped off the trans and the trans blew. He took the truck back and made it right. We had a 50/50 warranty but he rebuilt the trans for no charge. We bought two vehicles now off him. And we are very happy. And he’s trust worthy

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Suburban from Doug Bechtel Autos. Lance was great to work with. He was super friendly and relaxed and gave us all the time we needed to look over the vehicle. Shortly after I bought the suburban, I noticed the fitting for the oil cooling line on the radiator was leaking. I took it back to them and they fixed the bad o-ring free of charge.
Beautiful selection of vehicles! Lance was very professional and knowledgeable. He takes great care of his customers and wants you happy when you leave! I will definitely refer my family and friends to him! We drove 45 minutes to find our perfect vehicle and we got it here!! It sure was worth the drive!!

I recently purchased a car from Bechtel Autos. l am from out of state but the drive was worth it. After searching for over a month for my new car with poor sales experiences I came across Bechtel Autos via Autotrader. I inquired about the car I was interested and received a response within 24 hours. Lance was friendly and provided exceptional sales service. He was quick to respond and a man of his word which cannot be said for a lot of auto sales businesses. My experience with them was great and I will refer them to my family and friends. I am extremely happy with my purchase. If you're coming out of state to look at a car it is definitely worth the drive.

They always have a Awesome selection of low mile SUV and trucks. I was given a great deal on a 2008 Tahoe 77,000 and 1 owner!!! Super Clean and they even changed oil and filter and gave me a brand new inspection!! Lance even replaced chrome door handle for us free of charge without us even asking about it! Tahoe was clean and pretty and ready to go on day of pick up!!!! I would rate them with more stars if it were possible!!!! Great Honest Father and Son Team!!!!! My son purchased a 2003 Ford Escape several years ago and never had any major problems from Doug Bechtel Auto. He recently totaled his Ford in a flood and the first place he decided to go and purchase another vehicle was at this auto dealership. He purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty which runs great this past August. My son stated that his heater did not work yesterday. Bechtel Auto was called and even though the warranty was over, they said they would look at it. We dropped off his vehicle today and they fixed it and did not charge my son anything. I just wanted to let everyone out there that is thinking about buying a used vehicle, this is a great place to go. I purchased a Jeep in the same week that my son bought his Jeep. Also loving my Jeep. Doug and Lance are great to do business with. They are good honest people and 1 will continue to do business with them again.
